VeriLAN Wins National Wireless Contracts
IEEE 802 the standards-setting body for the wireless industry is one of three new VeriLAN clients Portland, OR October 18, 2005 VeriLAN will design, build and deploy wireless networks to three new clients: IEEE 802, WiMAX Forum and ZigBee Alliance. For these contracts, VeriLAN will provide Just-in-Time wireless solutions temporary, high-speed wireless Internet access at global events and trade shows. These networks are purpose-built to operate in extremely challenging, high-use environments with thousands of simultaneous users on multiple broadband applications including Internet, video and Voice over IP (VoIP). |
