Edward McNair - President

Edward McNair was previously the VP of Internet marketing for Respond2. Respond2 is one of the nations leading consumer direct marketing organizations where he works on technical marketing campaigns. For the past nine years he has been an adjunct faculty member at Pacific Northwest College of Art. He has also taught for Portland Community College, University of Oregon Continuing Education department, and has served on the curriculum committee for ITT technical institute.

Steven Schroedl - Board Member - Founder VeriLAN

Steven Schroedl is CEO at Kikaua, LLC, a software holding company based in Portland Oregon. Kikaua, LLC has created the products Sympose, Chime Software and Powertalk. Steven served as CEO at VeriLAN, Inc. from 1999 to 2010. Steven currently serves as board chairman of Cascade Heights Public Charter School, and has served on Software Association of Oregon and other non-profit organizations.

Matt Wangler - Board Member

Matt Wangler is Chief Operating Officer at Aivea Corporation, a software development, consulting and training company. Prior to that, Matt was Director of Operations for WiMAX Forum, a worldwide association focused on adoption of WiMAX wireless technology. Matt co-founded Ashwood Group, a consulting firm to assist startup and established ventures in launching new products and ventures. Matt has co-founded four startups and advised many others. Matt serves on the Board of Oregon Entrepreneurs Network and Oregon Technology Business Center. A seventeen year career at Intel included a dozen years in startup ventures within Intel. Matt holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
